The farm Pala covers 120 hectares on the territory of the municipalities of Auditore Tavoleto and the border with the province of Rimini, in a hilly environment with a strong presence of woods and hedges that divide the 60 hettari of arable land into 20 plots used for the production of fodder, cereals and pasture for livestock on the farm (Sheep, Cattle, Pigs).

The company produces milk and meat from certified organic agriculture, in accordance with Community rules by applying the rules of production Warranty Organic Amab and transforms them directly into their licensed premises (dairy and slaughterhouse) in fresh cheese and meat for direct sales.
