A differenza dei detergenti chimici, le noci di sapone sono naturali e rispettose dell'ambiente! La produzione di Sapindus Mukorossi non necessita di alcuna trasformazione o aggiunta inquinante prima del suo utilizzo, è biodegradabile al 100% e rispettosa della natura. Non è tossico ed è senza profumo, fa bene all'ambiente!
Optare per le noci di sapone, quindi è anche un modo per prenderti cura della natura.
La noce di sapone e le allergie
La noce di sapone è ipoallergenica, quindi è particolarmente indicata per i problemi della pelle (neurodermiti, eczemi) causati da detergenti eccessivamente aggressivi. La noce di sapone infatti è un prodotto delicato.
Come funziona?
Le noci di sapone o meglio il loro guscio, contengono una sostanza detta saponina che ha un alto potere detergente e sono ottime per il bucato.
Le noci di sapone sono ecologiche perchè si riutilizzano e dunque fanno bene all'ambiente!
La noce di sapone per detergere il bucato
Le noci di sapone possono essere usate per lavare i vestiti: esse preservano la luminosità dei colori e sono un vero smacchiatore e sbiancante. "Il loro utilizzo è semplice: è sufficiente mettere qualche noce di sapone (circa 8 noci di sapone) in un sacchetto di stoffa (o calza) e metterla direttamente nel cestello della lavatrice. Poi selezionare il programma di lavaggio abituale. A contatto con l'acqua calda, durante il primo ciclo della vostra lavatrice, le noci di sapone rilasceranno il detergente naturale presente nel loro guscio: la saponina. Durante il risciacquo, quando la macchina utilizza acqua fredda, le noci non rilasceranno più saponina.
Temperature e usi
A seconda della temperatura alla quale si lavano i vestiti e il bucato, è possibile utilizzare più volte le noci di sapone:
A 30 o 40 gradi, le noci di sapone possono essere utilizzate 3 o 4 volte.
A 60 ° C, puoi usare le noci di sapone due volte.
A partire da 80/90 ° C, le noci di sapone verranno utilizzate per un solo lavaggio.
Per riutilizzare le noci di sapone tra un lavaggio e l'altro bisogna farle asciugare mettendole su un canovaccio.
Quando, dopo alcuni lavaggi le noci di sapone diventano molto morbide, saranno da sostituire poichè hanno perduto tutta la loro saponina. Le noci usate possono essere gettate nel compost perchè sono biodegradabili!
La noce di sapone per la pulizia dei capelli
Per fare quasi un litro di decotto, bisogna usare 20 grammi di noci (da 10 a 12 pezzi). Il preparato di noci di sapone può essere conservato per 10-12 giorni in frigorifero e con questa quantità sono possibili 3-4 shampoo.
Preparazione
Tempo: meno di 15 minuti.
Occorrente
una bottiglia di vetro da 1 litro,
un imbuto,
20 grammi di noci di sapone (10-12 pezzi),
un mortaio (facoltativo).
Procedimento
Rompere le noci di sapone.
Mettere i pezzi di noci in un litro d'acqua e portare a ebollizione.
Cuocere a fuoco lento per dieci minuti, la preparazione diventerà leggermente gelatinosa.
Spegnete il fuoco e lasciate in infusione e lasciare intiepidire.
Posizionare un filtro nell'imbuto e versare il liquido nella bottiglia.
Mentre si versa il liquido presenterà della schiuma.
Strizzare bene le noci di sapone per estrarre la gelatina schiumosa prima di buttarle via.
Essendo completamente biodegradabili, le noci di sapone possono essere smaltite nel compost.
Il composto così ottenuto può essere conservato in frigorifero per circa 12 giorni.
Come lavare i capelli con le noci di sapone
Sui capelli umidi e tamponati, versare l'equivalente di un bicchiere sulla testa e massaggiare il cuoio capelluto. Nel secondo lavaggio, otterrete una leggera schiuma. Risciacquare normalmente.
È bene fare bene attenzione agli occhi perché il preparato, come tutti gli shampoo, brucia!
Dove e come vengono prodotte le noci di sapone?
Le noci crescono su un albero originario del sud dell'India, il Sapindus Mukorossi, alto 15-20 m.
L'albero del sapone, cosi viene chiamato il Sapindus Mukorossi, cresce fino a un altitudine di 1500 m.
L'albero del sapone da i suoi frutti una volta superata l'età di 10-15 anni e continua per quasi un secolo.
Quando le noci di sapone, che sono il frutto dell'albero, sono mature, diventano marrone dorato e appiccicose. In autunno le noci di sapone vengono raccolte e poi fatte essiccare, il loro colore si trasforma in rosso/marrone e perdono la loro caratteristica appiccicosa. Dopodiché le noci di sapone si rompono, e il guscio viene recuperato perché è esso che contiene la saponina - il frutto, all'interno del guscio, non è commestibile e non viene conservato.
Niente additivi dunque, niente impianti di lavorazione, niente inquinamento: la noce del sapone è un frutto 100% naturale, un ottimo detergente naturale, biodegradabile al 100%!
