Tenute Caracci is a family farm located in Western Sicily. With an extension of 40 hectares, for over 3 generations, it has been producing products of the highest quality through sustainable agriculture that respects nature's rhythms.

Our products are: Monocultivar EVO Oil from 100% Nocellara del Belice, Organic Wine: Lilium Bianco and Lilium Rosso, Avocado, and Flor de Sal from the Trapani salt pans flavored with the flavors of Sicily. (organic red orange, organic lemon, oregano, rosemary)

All Tenute Caracci products have always guaranteed the quality of the raw materials, thanks to the short supply chain that the company controls 100%. Today, like yesterday, quantity does not deliberately reward those seeking quality. We serve interested parties in Italy and abroad who are attentive to the quality that only a passionate family business can offer.

 - EVO Oil: 100% Nocellara del Belice is the nectar of our product, taken from centuries-old plants where some are almost 500 years old. The olives are harvested manually with a basket tied around the neck, and within 24 hours they are taken to the mill and pressed. The oil is placed in steel containers and is not filtered but only decanted so as not to remove all the qualities present inside.

 - Lilium Bianco IGP Terre Siciliane Organic: producing white wine for us is a natural step to enhance the primary products of our estate. Thus two typical Sicilian vines were selected: Zibibbo and Inzolia which make up the organic white Lilium. Today our white wine accompanies both aperitifs and second courses based on fish and shellfish. Sold mainly in Italy, it is sought after because, according to the most passionate wine lovers, Lilium transmits aroma and perfume, giving a magical sensation in the mouth.

 - Lilium Rosso IGP Terre Siciliane Organic: the red wine combines Nero d'Avola, a typical Sicilian vine, with Syrah. The grapes are harvested in the coolest hours of the day, preserving the aroma. The result is not long in coming, thus the Red Lilium is born which has a bright ruby ​​red color, with purple reflections. With a very fruity bouquet with hints of red fruits such as wild berries, blackberries, raspberries and slightly spicy on the palate recalling liquorice. This wine appears young, harmonious and pleasant. Excellent to combine with dishes based on sauces and meat main courses. Exuberant if served as an aperitif accompanied by cured meats.
