-Naturalmente privo di caffeina - Senza aromi aggiunti - Sapore dolce con note di nocciola Il rooibos, comunemente conosciuto come red bush o tè rosso africano è una pianta che cresce esclusivamente in Sud Africa. Dopo la fermentazione e l'essicazione al sole, le sue foglie assumono un caratteristico colore rosso, tratto distintivo anche dell'infuso che si ottiene. Ha un leggero gusto che ricorda la nocciola e la malva, con un sapore dolce ed è naturalmente privo di caffeina.

L'Oro del Catria - Birra in stile Kolsch [grad.alcolica 5, 2% Vol.] Di colore Dorato opalescente, con schiuma compatta e cremosa. L’aroma predominante è quello dei luppoli nobili, floreale, erbaceo e leggermente resinoso, che si accompagna alle delicate note dei malti. Assaggiandola possiede un corpo esile e debolmente amaro, ideale per dissetarsi in una calda giornata estiva. La nostra pasta secca è prodotta utilizzando procedimenti e attrezzature artigianali, come la TRAFILATURA AL BRONZO, che rende la pasta capace di assorbire perfettamente qualunque condimento, e L’ESSICAZIONE LENTA (dalle 30 alle 36 ore) e a BASSA TEMPERATURA, che ne conservano e garantiscono il sapore e la genuinità. Le tagliatelle, in particolare, vengono “annidate” a mano, ciò vuol dire che 2 persone manualmente formano la famosa forma di nido che si ritrova nelle confezioni, per preservare l’integrità e i sapori del prodotto. Essendo un prodotto artigianale, composto solamente da acqua e farina, consigliamo di cuocere la nostra pasta in abbondante acqua e di non superare i tempi di cottura indicati sulla confezione: se scolata al momento giusto, la pasta può essere consumata anche dopo qualche ora (es. ripassata in padella) senza che si rischi alcun problema.
