The blueberries bred on the farm are collected washed and immediately processed according to artisanal recipe, in our food laboratory.Sinewy produces fruit, and not only, meticulously following a craft process, this peculiarity that makes its products of the true excellence of the Made in Italy.

L’olio di sesamo è estratto dai semi della pianta di sesamo, chiamata secondo la dicitura botanica, sesamum indicum della famiglia pedaliaceae. L’olio di sesamo è ricco di acido oleico e di acido linoleico fonte di acidi grassi essenziali omega 3 e 6. Proprietà e benefici dell'olio di Sesamo L’olio di sesamo è ricco di acido oleico e di acido linoleico fonte di acidi grassi essenziali omega 3 e 6. La composizione di oleico e linoleico varia dal 35 al 50 % di ciascuno dei due, abbonda inoltre di acido palmitico e stearico. Il seme di sesamo è fonte di numerosi sali minerali quali ferro, fosforo, magnesio, rame, acido silicico, calcio, di cui abbonda, oltre ad altri oligoelementi. Contiene preziose vitamine con prevalenza di vitamina A, E e del gruppo B (B1, B2, B3), oltre a ben otto aminoacidi essenziali importanti per il cervello e questo sembra essere una delle ragioni che portano ad usare nella medicina ayurvedica l’olio di sesamo per il massaggio alla testa e al cuoio capelluto, comprendendo il capello stesso.
