Tutti i pomodori sono fin dall'inizio sottoposti ad accurata selezione che ne garantisce un'ottima qualità. Essendo le zone di produzione vicine al luogo di lavorazione, entro 4 ore dalla raccolta il prodotto viene lavato, tagliato, passato e infine pastorizzato, sí da lasciare inalterate qualità, freschezza e sapore del pomodoro appena raccolto.
Tutti i prodotti Girolomoni® a base di pomodoro sono ottimi da utilizzare per il condimento della pasta Girolomoni®.
